About the Artist

Randall Scott, an internationally renowned wildlife artist, combines his love for art and scuba diving to create stunning underwater scenes. A native Californian, Scott grew up inspired by Jacques Cousteau's adventures and spent much of his youth exploring the Pacific Coast. His fascination with oceanography and marine life began at an early age and continues to grow with every dive.

Scott’s artistic journey was nurtured by his parents—his father, a highly skilled Western landscape artist, and his mother, a talented watercolorist. They passed on their techniques and passion for art, helping him develop his unique style. Over the years, Scott has traveled extensively to observe marine life firsthand, visiting locations such as Australia, the South Pacific, the Caribbean Sea, and Micronesia.

His work often draws inspiration from these travels, including scenes of underwater World War II airplane wrecks that have gained significant popularity. These include depictions of aircraft such as the P-51 Mustang, Japanese Zero, B-25 Bomber, and F4U Corsair.
