About The Art : Pepper, this black lab, is a dedicated ball chaser and there is no finner place to retrieve a ball than in nice cold choppy water. Unfortunately for me, I had to join Pepper in that water to get photo reference for this painting. It's amazing the variety of slashes a 70 lb. dog can make.
