I just had to trust their recommendations for the framing and the matting. I was very pleased with the quality of the framing and matting, in addition to the safe delivery of my print (it was very well packaged). Third, Gallery Direct informed me on the day of my order that it would take 2-3 weeks for shipment due to its custom nature. I then received an email when the print shipped.
