About the Art: Danielle was born in 1979 in a small seaside town called Bournemouth on the southern coast of England. At the age of 14, she moved to Phoenix where she attended the New School for the Arts, specializing in painting. She was then offered a presidential scholarship to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. With a world-renowned museum affiliated with the school, Danielle began referencing the masters and embarked upon a journey to understand and appreciate abstract art. She says of painting, "I love how simple it could be filled with interesting texture, color and concept. I perfected my own abstract visions taking inspiration from the places I traveled, colors around me, and surface areas that intrigued me."
