About the Art : The title refers to a culture that for many centuries was fairly isolated and while they traded and warred amongst themselves once Europeans came they became a society of trade that occupied themselves with trading blankets, bells and Beads. Of course, other items were traded, guns etc. but we are perhaps focusing on the softer side of trade

He has been in numerous solo and juried shows including The Phippen Western Art Show in Prescott, AZ, The National Western Art Show and Auction in Ellensburg, WA, and The Mountain Oyster Show in Tucson, AZ. He has received many best of show awards and medals. Brent's work is held in many private collections throughout the United States, Canada, Japan and Europe.
